What we collect

When you submit the booking or contact form we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, service address, the number of devices and service you choose, any water district paperwork you upload, and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if present, the marketing campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link that brought you to the site.

As you type an address, the text you’ve typed so far is sent to our address lookup provider so it can suggest matching addresses (Google Places, or Photon, an OpenStreetMap-based service run by Komoot). It’s used only to return suggestions.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, and keep records of the service we provide. We do not sell your information.

Who performs your service

Tests may be performed by our own staff or by independent certified backflow testers working on our behalf. We share the details needed to do the work (your name, phone number, service address, device details and any water district paperwork) with the tester assigned to your appointment, and we submit test results to your water district as it requires.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, form submissions and uploaded files are stored with Cloudflare, and notification emails are sent through an email delivery provider. Submissions may also be passed to our own workflow automation (n8n) for follow-up. If spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person. These providers process data on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. We count page views ourselves: for each visit we record the page, the referring website, an approximate country and the device type. We do not store IP addresses, and visits cannot be linked from one day to the next.
